BASIC BEEF PACK

Our 'Basic Beef Pack' is designed for clients who enjoy slicing their own steaks and want to save money on our services. Boneless Primal's are left whole for clients to slice, while bone-in cuts are sliced to your preferred thickness. All meat trimmings are graded and processed into both mince and thick/thin sausages. We pack each primal into one bag (e.g., whole rump in one bag), and mince and sausages are placed in 5 kg bags. Everything is clearly labeled with our very own stickers and boxed. Below is a simple list of cuts to expect, both sliced and left whole.
Boneless cuts left whole: Gravy, Silverside, Topside, Round, Rump, Tenderloin, Striploin, Flank Steak, Brisket, Chuck, Scotch, Bolar Blade.
Bone-in cuts sliced: Oysterblade, Osso Bucco, T-Bones, Cattleman Cutlets, Ribs.
NO FRILLS BEEF PACK

Our 'No Frills Pack' is the perfect option for someone who wants the flexibility of customisable processing & packaging but isn't interested in crumbs, Marinades or flavoured sausages. All Primal's are sliced to your preferred thickness & packed in portions of your choosing in labeled bags or trays. special request for certain cuts & roast are welcome.
All trimmings are graded into both mince & sausages.
Thin/Thick sausages, Corned silverside, Diced/Stirfry are all included in the pack.
PREMIUM BEEF PACK

Our 'Premium Pack' is perfect for clients who would like the full butcher shop experience at home. Each individual primal is sliced to your preferred thickness, packed in bags of your chosen amount, and placed in a sturdy cardboard box. All trimmings are graded and processed into mince, thick/thin sausages, and patties, then packed into your requested portions. We have some fantastic options for flavored sausages and patties/rissoles. Additionally, we offer a great range of marinades and crumbs that we are happy to apply to your desired cuts. Corned meat is also available, as well as netting and tying of roasts. It is truly a fully customizable package that can be completely tailored to suit your needs. Here is some insight into what is available in our 'Premium Pack':
Cattleman cutlets, minute steaks, diced casserole steak, homemade rissoles (patties), gourmet sausages, corned meat, netted roast, crumbed steaks, and marinated ribs.

LAMB PROCESSING OPTIONS
BASIC LAMB PACK
Our 'Basic Pack', as the name suggests, is a traditional cut of your animal into familiar cuts such as cutlets, loin chops, forequarter chops, shanks, and leg roast, etc. Your offcuts, however, are put into either mince or plain sausages at no extra cost, with thin and thick skins available. Packing is clearly labeled and packed with approximately 8-10 chops per bag, 1kg packs of mince or sausages, and roasts packed in individual bags.

The 'Premium Pack' is a fully customizable pack that allows you to have a complete butcher shop experience right in your own paddock. We are happy to tailor every cut to your specific needs, such as diced lamb, crumbed cutlets, boneless roast, flavored sausages, and marinated chops, just to name a few! Packaging can also be altered to suit your requirements. This is a great option for people looking for some out-of-the-box ideas and who enjoy experimenting with their cooking.

BASIC GOAT PACK

Our 'Basic Goat Pack' covers a great range of your standard cuts, such as loin chops, bone-in roasting joints, bone-in curry pieces, shanks, cutlets, and ribs. It is an excellent choice if you love to utilize bone-in cuts for slow cooking and curries. There are some options for different cuts but this remains fairly straightforward. No sausages, marinades, or boneless diced/roast are on offer. Your animal is packed in a professional manner, with everything clearly labeled—one bag per cut (e.g., all cutlets in one bag, etc.).
PREMIUM GOAT PACK

The 'Premium Goat Pack' is definitely the way to go if you seek a diverse way of cooking. A broad range of options is available for each individual cut, such as boneless diced leg or boneless goat shoulder tied up and ready for roasting, back-straps, trimmed racks, and butterflied roast. Sausages, marinades, and burgers are also on offer. Customizable packaging is available to suit your individual needs, making it a truly tailor-made pack to make the absolute most out of your harvest.

There is a range of flexibility with certain cuts, but mostly keeping it old school with your basics such as, loin chops, cutlets, forequarter chops, bone in roast, belly rashers, mince & traditional plain sausages in thick or thin skins. Packaging is customisable to suit your specific needs and is packed in clearly labeled bags.​
