Southern Mobile Meat is a family-owned and operated mobile meat processing business located in Moruya on the beautiful South Coast of NSW. We specialize in all aspects of on-farm slaughter and butchering. Our ability to come to you means a low-stress, humane, and economical way to process your animal. Rest assured, our team has the qualifications and experience to guarantee you a professional and efficient service. James has over 15 years of retail butchering experience, and David has 10 years of marksman and livestock handling experience.
We are completely set up to bring our own water, power, and crane on our commercial-grade processing unit. We process in a refrigerated workspace using the same machinery and hygiene protocols you would find in a modern-day butcher shop.
Southern Mobile Meat is happy to do small jobs locally; however, if heading over the mountain or traveling large distances up and down the coast, we would prefer multiple jobs at a time to make it worth our time and fuel. We are flexible and try our utmost to be as accommodating as we can.

How Does It Work?
Organising your animals processing has never been easier!

1. Select a Pack on our website that suites your needs best.
2. Contact the Southern Mobile Meat team via phone or email to book the job.
3. We come to you on the booked day, fill out a cut sheet and dispatch animal. (You will need a waste plan for offal/hide ect)
4. We return on agreed day and process everything on site.
5. You fill your freezer!
